How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes around 8-12 business days if you live in the United States. If you live elsewhere, it may range from 9-15 business days. Please note that we try and get your order to arrive to you as fast as possible. If your order is taking longer than usual, don't hesitate to contact us!
What happens if my order gets lost?
If your order has been confirmed lost by your local postal services and our team, we are more than happy to replace your product – free of charge. If you receive a product different than what your ordered, you are eligible for a replacement. Please refer to our returns page for more information.
Why have I been charged differently?
We never charge more than what we list. If you are living in a different country, there may be different exchange rates that may affect the price of your order. However, these are only minimal differences.
How can I pay?
We accept various credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal for our payments. You also get buyer protection whenever you shop with us.
My package has not updated for a week, what's going on?
Sometimes, depending on where you are located, the package will not update until the final stages of the shipping process (after it clears customs and gets transferred to the local shipping carrier). However, the entire shipping timeframe normally takes 8-12 business days + processing for your package to arrive from the time you place your order.
If you still have not received your package after 12 business days, you can contact us.
My lamp showed up damaged. What can I do?
If your panel showed up scratched, make sure to remove both sides of the protective film on the lamp. Sometimes, one side of the protective film is much closer to the edge than the other, and can be almost transparent. We recommend using a nail clipper at the bottom of the panel to peel it.
If your lamp is still scratched/damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately – so we can sort out a replacement.
